This is a very simple and quick recipe, well worth trying!
Ingredients
120 g salted butter ( softened)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 1/2 cups ground almonds
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup granulated xylitol
1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Beat together the butter, xylitol, vanilla extract and an egg until smooth. Add the almonds and coconut flour and mix well to form a dough.
2. Form balls about a size of a walnut. Place them onto lined baking sheet and flatten with your fingers.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C until golden. Cool down.
4. Serve with a cup of tea or a glass of milk. Enjoy!
